Privacy notice

How we handle what you send us.

This website is operated by Hawkloft Labs, a trade name of ChannelHawk AI, LLC. This notice explains what the site collects and how we use it.

What this website collects

The pages of this site set no cookies and carry no advertising or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you across other websites; we see only totals, such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. Turnstile runs in your browser on the contact page and shares signals about the browser and the request with Cloudflare for that purpose only. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The contact form

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter:

The inquiry is delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend. We use it only to reply to you and discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Please avoid including confidential information or sensitive personal data in your message.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the conversation, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose described above: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics and the Turnstile check) and Resend (delivering contact-form inquiries by email). Their services may process information outside your country.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by replying to our email or writing to us through the contact page.
